What We're Really Looking For You've built or led companies where after-tax ROIC exceeded 25% You operate like a capital allocator—not just a budget manager You've run finance like a value creation lab, not a cost center You're comfortable navigating and deploying float-based revenue models, presale cash flows, and deferred revenue structures You bring a mini-CEO mindset—able to zoom from balance sheet to bar shift Cultural Alignment Matters This isn't a back-office role. You'll: Participate in bar reviews, venue audits, and guest journey mapping Hold teams (including us) accountable to the Gibbons Way and GBS performance standards Challenge bad growth and protect the long-term brand How We'll Choose You We won't ask for your résumé—we'll ask: "What's your ROIC hurdle and why?""How do you tie capital strategy to guest experience?""What's your best and worst investment decision?"
