for the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, completing references, and negotiating compensation.
a network of passive candidates within the Technology industries including cold-calling and sourcing through social media
a pipeline of candidates for open roles with regular communication
creative sourcing techniques to uncover both active and passive talent through internal candidate database and external websites including LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed and other creative means.
revenue by successfully engaging and building long term relationships with talent that aligns them with current and future opportunities.

years of recruitment experience
experience of LinkedIn recruitment and ability to use Corporate LinkedIn Recruiter tools for sourcing candidates
attention to detail with solid organizational and multitasking skills
