You build a world-class team to support global merchandising strategies, global assortment planning, price architecture, regional commercial product management for NAM, EMEA, APAC and work in partnership with the China team. Implementand manage the merchandising roadmap that delivers at scale to deliver aglobal line plantailored to regional and local market needs
Foster strong collaboration between the merchandising teams, design, brand marketing, finance, supply chain, and other functional partners to ensure the effective execution of the merchandising strategy
You have proven people leadership, mentorship and project management skills
You have excellent organizational skills, analytical ability, and a track record of strategic planning
You are proficient in Microsoft Office
You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
Willingness and availability to travel, and work weekends or holidays, depending on the needs of the business.
