Compliance and Legal: - -Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations. -Monitor and update regional HR policies to reflect changes in legislation. -Conduct audits and inspections to ensure adherence to HR policies and legal requirements. -Responsible for preparing and delivering compliance-related training and communications to employees.Onboarding: - -Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating training sessions.Benchmarking: Stay abreast on all employee-related legislative and regulatory changes and/or developments, and ensure changes to rules and regulations are restructured with HR systems, policies, articles, and practices .
