Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer
Location: Mississauga – Hybrid – 3 days/week
Term: Long term contract plus extension
8+ years of experience in Software Development
• 4+ years of Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com, with strong proficiency in Apex programming, lightning web component, and SOQL, and in-depth understanding of SFDC profiles, roles, permission sets and Sharing Rules, validation rules, Tasks, Workflow rules, and Triggers, etc.
• At least 2 to 3 full Life Cycle Implementations
• Experience with SFDC administrative tools such as managing users, data management, generating reports, dashboards, and communication templates.
• Thorough understanding of full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Salesforce Deployment/Packaging effectively using Metadata API, Changeset and Ant.
• Experience in developing, testing, and deploying custom fields/objects, forms, workflows, interfaces, records, and user roles to meet business requirements.
Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning component development, Salesforce.com APIs, Apex Data loader and workbench
• Architect scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions that adhere to best practices and design patterns.
• Implement complex business logic and workflows to automate processes and enhance user experience.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and custom integrations.
• Salesforce Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II are highly desirable.
Experience working on Data cloud, AI, and Hyperforce
• Experience of using Visual Studio Code/Eclipse for development, Github/Bitbucket for Source code management and using ANT/ANT Migration tool for deployment will be preferred.
• Experience with other programming languages Java, Microsoft .Net, C#, HTML, JavaScript, JSON, JQuery, CSS is a plus.
