Work with teams across the organization to review and support Salesforce requirements for existing services, projects, and processes 
~Review and support Salesforce requirements when new services, projects or processes are being implemented 
~Responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring data precision, system reliability, and optimal performance of Salesforce
~Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including sales, customer service, quality, etc.) to understand and document business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions within Salesforce.
~Act as the primary Systems Administrator for managing and optimizing Bender Salesforce environments, including user and license management, daily support tasks, training of users, and system upgrades
~Oversee successful technical upgrades to the Salesforce platform
~Track analytics, create and maintain reports, provide training for new users, complete user support tickets
~Strong understanding of Salesforce Automation (flows, process builder), Salesforce Reports and Dashboards, and Salesforce Data Loader.
~Thorough familiarity with Salesforce's configuration capabilities, enabling the recommendation of best practices and the identification of areas where custom development may be necessary
~Strong project management skillset; ability to analyze raw data and develop actionable recommendations
~Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
~Experience working with HubSpot, or a similar marketing automation platform preferred

Frequent operation and use of computer
~Capable of adequate judgement, decision making, reasoning, comprehension, strong English written and verbal communication and stress control
~ This will be a remote role
