QUI VOUS TES : L'Acheteur en planification internationale collaborera troitement avec des partenaires externes et internes afin de dfinir l'assortiment ncessaire pour atteindre et dpasser les plans de vente sur chaque march. Le candidat doit avoir une solide exprience dans le domaine de l'achat et de la planification. Le poste requiert une personne forte qui a des comptences d'entrepreneur, une mthodologie de travail trs pratique et efficace. Une exprience internationale est un atout. Prvoir, Acheter, Rviser, Agir, Grandir Dterminer et sengager auprs dun assortiment propre un march en fonction des prvisions de ventes. valuer le rendement de la marchandise, prvu vs rel, vs anne dernire, couverture de stock, etc. Agir en fonction des rsultats afin de maintenir ou daugmenter le nombre de ventes en magasin : dtermination des prix, promotions et connaissance des produits. Identifier les meilleurs vendeurs et sassurer de maintenir une couverture de stock adquate. Identifier des opportunits de croissance en fonction des tendances, du rendement et de la comptition. Sassurer de lactualit des produits ainsi que de leur frquence de mise sur le march. Liquider les gammes discontinues efficacement par le biais de soldes ou de toute autre activit promotionnelle ou de liquidation afin de sassurer que les profils des anciens stocks et la qualit des stocks soient gards au minimum. Gestion de la chane dapprovisionnement Collaborer avec lquipe logistique et lquipe de rpartition afin de planifier les coulements de produits conformment au plan de vente. CE QUIL VOUS FAUT : Exprience 5-6 ans dexprience dachat en vtements pour femmes. Solides comptences analytiques. Bonne comprhension de la gestion des chanes dapprovisionnement. De lexprience en gestion de relations avec des associs internationaux sera considre comme un atout. Comptences cls et connaissances spcialises Connaissances avances en Excel. Comptences en leadership et en gestion. Solides comptences analytiques vous permettant de travailler efficacement en fonction de vos objectifs et vous prodiguant un sens aigu des affaires. Attributs personnels Succs avr dans la gestion des finances lies aux achats et la marchandisation : capacit gnrer des revenus et de la marge. Solides comptences commerciales et capacit sinformer sur le march, sur la comptition, sur les courants de mode actuels et futurs afin de sassurer que les produits offerts sont adquation avec tous les marchs. Solides comptences interpersonnelles avec une grande exprience en tant que source dinspiration pour votre quipe et la guider lors de changements. Vous demeurez ax sur les solutions et adaptable dans un environnement en constante volution, vous voyez le changement dun il positif et tes constamment la recherche de nouvelles opportunits dans un environnement de travail agile.
