Logistics Coordinator
Source and manage relationships with third-party vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of services and products.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining accurate records of all catering supplies and equipment.
- Conduct site visits as needed to assess venue logistics and coordinate setup and teardown of event spaces.
- Provide on-site support during events to oversee logistics and address any last-minute changes or challenges.

Previous experience in event coordination, logistics, or a related field, preferably within the hospitality or catering industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with event management software is an asset.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required, based on event schedules.
