As Manager, Social & Branded Content you will lead social and content marketing for clients, overseeing a social media team as well as acting as a catalyst for cross discipline integration in the pursuit of digitized communication efforts.
You will lead the upfront strategy and planning efforts of brands looking to activate and evolve communication efforts in the owned and earned media space, further to paid media efforts. In collaboration with the creative team, you will work closely together to identify creative and strategic content opportunities within the social and wider digital space that align to both brand objectives, and consumer insights and trends.
You will also lead Trampoline’s own social media channels and be a part of the marketing team that is responsible for developing content and engaging the appropriate target audience by communication channel while also bring an e-newsletter to life in collaboration with the wider team.
Development and implementation of digital media strategy and measurement plans on behalf of our clients
Work closely with the creative team to ensure the consumer journey and the way the message is consumed is top of mind, working towards an endemic connection point with the audience across digital channels
Use of social media measurement tools to mine actionable insights I.e. Use of social media management tools to monitor, schedule and manage content. Hootsuite, Sprout Social
Monitor, manage and maintain relationships with social media influencers for various clients as the need arises
Knowledge of paid media amplification in the social space with the ability to amplify messages across Facebook and Instagram without supervision
Moderate, respond, amplify and celebrate content created by our brands’ online communities (user-generated content)
Create and curate engaging and relevant content, applying the appropriate brand voice when engaging with those communities
Complete social media channel and content audits as required for current and prospective clients
Monitor and measure the success of social media efforts and contribute to post campaign reports as well as ongoing organic social media reports I.e. Clear and concise communication with project leads and internal teams to ensure projects and deliverables are on time and on budget
Support the media and client service team’s efforts in building trusting relationships with clients, partners and internal teams alike
Develop strategic content pillars for Trampoline and refine them accordingly as the strategic direction evolves
Execute a content calendar that aligns to the appropriate content pillars and maintains a consistent social media presence for Trampoline across relevant social media channels with a focus on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
Manage the Trampoline e-newsletter, identifying appropriate content pillars throughout the year while aggregating content from the wider team to develop the finished product
Liaise with the creative team to ensure all content Trampoline is developing and posting maintains a high-quality standard
Marketing and industry research as required to help guide Trampoline’s marketing efforts
Lead social implication behind website content ensuring a strong link between web and social communication efforts i.e. posting blog posts to LinkedIn
A minimum of 5 - 6 years of experience in the social media or content development space.
