Franchise Sales Specialist – New Locations (London, ON)


Oxford Learning is committed to helping children reach their highest potential. The Franchise Sales Specialist – New Locations is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing franchise sales opportunities with a specific focus on expanding into new geographic areas. This role demands a proactive approach in scouting potential markets, engaging prospective franchisees, and successfully facilitating the establishment of new franchise locations.



Develop and execute strategies aimed at identifying new franchise opportunities in untapped markets.
Conduct market research to identify potential locations with high growth potential for new franchises.
Lead the sales process for new franchises from initial contact/application through to final sale, focusing heavily on new location development.
Prepare and present sales presentations to prospective franchisees, clearly articulating the value proposition and business model.
coordinate training dates; Facilitate the signing of contracts with new franchisees, ensuring clear communication of terms and expectations.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions that may affect franchise expansion.
Work with external vendors and partners as required to develop and refine the marketing and lead generation strategy.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships.
Strategic thinker with a strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end sales cycles.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor’s degree or professional certification in business administration, marketing, or real estate.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in franchise sales or business development.
Familiarity with legal and financial aspects of franchising.
The Franchise Sales Specialist – New Locations must be highly motivated and entrepreneurial, with a passion for driving growth through strategic franchise sales. Relocation packages are not available.
