Sr Recruitment Consultant (Engineering and Manufacturing)

Dawn Staffing Solutions is looking for a Sr. Recruitment Consultant (Engineering and Manufacturing) to join our growing team and work in the Skilled Trades and Engineering recruitment division in Ontario.

Dawn Staffing Solutions specializes in Manufacturing and Engineering recruitment. Our primary objective is to develop careers at every phase.

What We Expect

  • Responsible for working with new and current clients in ON region.
  • Responsible for bringing in new clients / accounts to support in trades, engineering and technical hiring.
  • Resonsible for expanding a market presense of Dawn Staffing in Ontario.
  • Driving business to sucess and take full responsibility for region assigned in Ontario Canada.
  • Coach and assist recruiters in sourcing and screening candidates for our clients in manufacturing industry.
  • Building prospective candidates list and work with current clients to fulfill open positions.
  • Take full responsibility of suporting the recruiters to sourcing, phone screening, assessment, interviewing, offer negotiations and just managing the process for manufacturing and/or engineering positions.
  • Establish regular tracking of pipeline activity to share with internal team members
  • Maintain a strong and efficient operating rhythm with our team
  • Recommend and drive improvements that impact local pipeline areas

What You'll Need To Be Successful

  • The ability to connect with clients and candidates from various sources and screen resumes and candidates for both technical and cultural fit.
  • Experience working on a 360 desk for Manufacturing or engineering hiring in Onrario.
  • Experience in bringing new clients and filling manufacturing / engineering roles.
  • Technology savvy; skilled at utilizing Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and an ATS product.
