Join Nature’s Way as an E-Commerce Business Assistant and contribute significantly to online marketing efforts. This full-time role supports the team in a hybrid format or remotely from anywhere in Canada. As an Assistant E-Commerce Business Manager, you will help orchestrate online sales growth and analyze data trends to inform decisions. Collaborating with various teams, you will ensure efficient operations of the e-commerce platform while optimizing content and advertising strategies to enhance visibility and sales. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sales plans tailored to customer accounts
- Oversee operational tasks for e-commerce day-to-day management
- Execute and evaluate marketing and promotional campaigns
- Analyze and report on site performance metrics
- Coordinate product launches for the e-commerce channel
- Expertise in e-commerce and digital marketing with proven results
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- University degree in business or marketing preferred
