In this role, you will be responsible for creating, planning, and implementing content and design experiments focused on optimizing UX in the checkout area of our website. This is a full-time permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week with opportunities in office or hybrid.

Develop clear, concise, and user-friendly content for the Checkout page that enhances the customer experience and drives conversions.
Refine, implement, and move experiments live utilizing our content management system
Monitor and analyze the performance of the checkout page through experiment analysis, usage analysis, customer segmentation and competitive analysis
Regularly communicate progress at various stages of experiments, providing detailed updates on challenges encountered and next steps.
Employ Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives for the checkout page, using data analysis, user feedback, and industry benchmarks to enhance user journey
Assist with defining and outlining projects, ensuring all objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resources are clearly documented
Work closely with the checkout lead, analysts, product specialists and designers to create cohesive design and content improvement
Prioritize and plan upcoming checkout projects and ideas collaboratively with the Checkout team

Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Consumer Psychology, Communications, or other relevant fields
Understanding of consumer psychology, online marketing, and conversion optimization
Ability to convey complicated information in a succinct way with the ability to adjust writing style based on audience and medium
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Technical or UX writing experience would be an asset
Working knowledge of UX best practices would be an asset
