Position Overview: We are seeking a strategic and experienced individual to lead our operations and technology initiatives as the Senior Manager of Technology Operations . This role will play a pivotal part in driving organizational efficiency, optimizing processes, and leveraging technology to support our business objectives. Please note that this is a 5 days/week In-Office position, based in our office in Mississauga, ON.
Competitive Salary + Annual Performance Bonus
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless execution of business activities, including production, logistics, supply chain management, and facilities management.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor operational performance and identify areas for enhancement.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the operations team.
Develop and implement a comprehensive technology roadmap that supports the company's strategic objectives and enhances operational efficiency.
Evaluate existing technology systems and infrastructure to identify opportunities for optimization, consolidation, and modernization.
Lead the selection, implementation, and integration of new technologies and software solutions to improve business processes and drive growth.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of technology systems, including networks, servers, and software applications.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to anticipate future needs and opportunities for innovation.
Team Management:
Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide feedback to support individual and team success.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in operations management, technology leadership, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role.
Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex initiatives.
Demonstrated experience in process improvement, project management, and change management.
Proficiency in technology systems and platforms, with a deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential applications.
