The Claims Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of dental claims for reimbursements to our members. The incumbent will be assigned to handle claims for various clients. Reviewing and adjudicating of all aspects and all types of dental claims in order to determine appropriate eligibility based on the terms of the group contract, as well as providing excellent service to our members and clients.
Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for the frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada and worldwide.
Keen ability to provide quality service while achieving productivity quotas
Good PC skills including proficiency with MS Word and Excel
Assets:
Knowledge of Group Dental Systems
Dental analyst experience
Knowledge of dental terminology
Experience in a customer service environment or previous office experience
