Le parajuriste, location, fait partie de l’équipe des affaires juridiques de Pure Industriel. Il est principalement responsable de la rédaction et de la révision de documents liés à la location d’espaces industriels, en collaboration avec les équipes de location et de gestion d’actifs.Participer à la rédaction et à la mise en place de documents types de nature légale au bénéfice des divers départements de l’entreprise.
Participer à l'élaboration de la base de données des clauses principales et à leur traduction, le cas échéant ;
Diplôme d’études collégiales ou formation en droit.
D’excellentes compétences en matière de communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais sont requises. La connaissance de l’anglais est indispensable, car vous travaillerez avec des collègues, des parties prenantes à l’interne, des partenaires et des locataires partout au Canada.
Maîtrise de la suite Office.

The Leasing Paralegal will be a part of Pure Industrial’s Legal team. The person will be responsible for drafting and revising documents related to the leasing of industrial spaces, in collaboration with the Leasing and Asset Management teams. They will also be called upon to support the department’s lawyers and the Vice-President, Legal Affairs, on operational matters.
Work with legal counsel, Leasing and Asset Management teams in tenant negotiations, follow-up and make required changes to documentation to address tenant negotiations.
Support counsel and the Vice-President, Legal Affairs on operational matters.
Participate in the drafting and implementation of standard legal documents for the benefit of the various departments of the company.
Participate in the implementation of systems and processes for continuous improvement within the Legal department.
Any other tasks necessary for the smooth running of the Legal department.
College diploma or legal training.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English are required. Knowledge of English is required as you will work with colleagues, internal stakeholders, partners and tenants across Canada.
Experience and knowledge in writing leasing documents (asset)
Proficiency in the Office Suite.
Excellent writing skills.
