TSYS Business Analyst - ***MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH TSYS AND TS2*** Big Five Bank
Hybrid, 2 days a week
12 month rolling contract
potential downstream impacts to other internal systems of vendors, ensuring applicable stakeholders are identified and engaged on the project
the Configuration system design of new and changed products and conduct business impact assessment (BIA) in partnership with the team and other stakeholders
reviews, submit, and validate all documentation received from all supplier groups, and communicate applicable information back Leadership, Business Requestor, and key stakeholders
clarification of requirements and functionality to be delivered to other project team members to assist them in the creation of their specific project deliverables (e.g., assists the testing team in the creation of the Testing Strategy and Testing Execution Plan)
in the validation of the testing output including First Occurrence Validation to ensure it meets the requirements of the business
that appropriate approvals are obtained, documents reviewed by BMO participants governing regulatory compliance and that changes are implemented as needed to remain compliant with all current regulations – escalating issues as needed to the team or project lead
to manage Large and Complex projects spanning across multiple system applications

platform (credit card transaction system) experience – configuration and changes of the system itself
ability, and proficient in soliciting and gathering business requirements
knowledge of regulatory compliance environment in Canada
Solid knowledge of project life cycles and practices
understanding of the Vendor Project methodologies (CLM, TSDM)
to take ownership and lead a project – manage deliverables with minimal supervision (may juggle small to medium size projects)
to manage multiple/simultaneous projects while meeting tight timelines and solution documentation experience of credit card products in general experience

Knowledge and experience is an asset
Solid business knowledge in the Finance, Banking, Payments Industry

Possesses a university degree and/or 4 to 6 years relevant work experience
