Job Description:Title: Network Security Voice EngineerClient ID: 14235556Contract Duration: 12 Months (Extendable)Location: Montreal, QCThe position is for a level 3 voice engineer, Cisco CUCM, Unity and UCCx are a must, and working knowledge with Oracle session border controller and Oracle Enterprise Communication Broke is an advantage.Duties:Level 3 BAU support of Call manager, Unity Voicemail, and Unified CallCenter ExpressActive participation in the upgrade of the systems mentioned above to version 14.1, incl. planning, upgrading, and testing before August 2024Active participation in the planning for upgrading to version 15 for the above systems.Level 3 troubleshooting of those systemsWorking with the vendor Cisco in case of issuesDocumenting and/or updating documentation of the aboveCisco video server configuration/maintenance (VCS and Expressway)Not mandatory skills, but preferred would be experience within configuration and operation/maintenance ofOracle Session Border Controller(SBC) andOracle Enterprise Communication Broker (ECB)Oracle Enterprise Operations MonitorIntegration of PSTN telephone with TEAMSVitec (formerly Exterity) IPTV solutionKey CompetenciesStrong team playerStrong communication and documentation skillsAt least 5 years experience as a level 3 engineer in the above-mentioned productsCan work independently.Skills, Knowledge, and ExperienceIn-depth knowledge of Cisco Voice infrastructure, including. Voice GatewaysIn-depth knowledge of Cisco Call Manager, esp. version 12 and aboveGood working knowledge of Unity and UCCx.Working knowledge of Oracle SBC and ECB is preferableWorking knowledge of Cisco Video servers (VCS and Expressway) and Cisco Video endpoints
