Duties in scope:Level 3 BAU support of Callmanager, Unity Voicemail and Unified CallCenter ExpressActive participation in the upgrade of the above mentitoned systems to version 14.1, incl. planning, upgrading and testing before August 2024Active participating in the planning for upgrading to version 15 for the above systemsLevel 3 troublshooting of those systemsWorking with the vendor Cisco in case of issuesDocumenting and/or updating documenation of the aboveCisco video server configuration/maintenance (VCS and Expressway)Not mandatory skills, but preferred would be experience with in configuration and operation/maintenance ofOracle Session Border Controller(SBC) andOracle Enterprise Communication Broker (ECB)Oracle Enterprise Operations MonitorIntegration of PSTN telephone with TEAMSVitec (formerly Exterity) IPTV solutionKey CompetenciesStrong team playerStrong communication and documentation skillsAt least 5 years’ experience as a level 3 engineer in the above-mentioned productsCan work independently.Skills, Knowledge and ExperienceIndepth knowledge of Cisco Voice infrastructure, incl. Voice GatewyasIndepth knowledge of Cisco Callmanager, esp. version 12 and aboveGood working knowledge of Unity and UCCxWorking knowledge of Oracle SBC and ECB preferableWorking knowledge of Cisco Video servers (VCS and Expressway) and Cisco Video endpoints
