- Guide junior technicians and foster safe work habits
- Aid in the fabrication of power units and systems
- Minimum of three years in hydraulic systems
- Millwright or similar industrial background
- Expertise in hydraulic component repair and troubleshooting
- Capability to interpret engineering designs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
