Health and Safety Advisor (Field)

Working in Sudbury, ON CANADA

Safety is of paramount importance to all Mammoet operations. So our Health and Safety Advisors professionals play a mission-critical role in maintaining the highest possible standards for our colleagues, contractors, and customers around the world.


WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Maintaining industry-leading SHE-Q standards across all projects
  • Liaising effectively with a range of different people and role types
  • Ensuring all employees and contractors comply with Mammoet and customer safety requirements
  • Assessing the safety of jobsite and workplace activities
  • Conducting and overseeing safety inspections and training

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Professional level experience in Health and Safety regulations and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • English, fluent proficient verbal and written
  • Vocational education in technical discipline
  • Evidence of experience in a similar role, ideally in any/some of the following sectors: civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports and mining
  • 5 - 8 years of relevant work experience
  • Associate degree in Health, Safety & Environment discipline considered an asset.
