Dans ce rôle, tu es la ou le maître d’œuvre de la mission de Banque Nationale Trust qui est principalement d’offrir les différents services fiduciaires et philanthropiques aux particuliers pour une clientèle aisée de la Banque, à travers le Canada.Tu seras à la tête d’une équipe dont le travail et le professionnalisme permet à nos différents partenaires d’affaires dont Financière Banque Nationale Gestion de patrimoine (FBNGP), Gestion Privée 1859 (GP1859) et le réseau des particuliers de consolider leur relation avec leurs clients, de protéger les actifs et d’en accroître le volume.

Ton emploi :

  • Élaborer et mettre en place une stratégie de développement des affaires pancanadienne afin de déployer nos offres de services en accordance avec le plan stratégique de Gestion de Patrimoine.
  • Être le leader de son secteur et de son champ d’expertise auprès des divers comités afin d’identifier des opportunités et initiatives d’affaires.
  • S’assurer que les offres de service de son secteur répondent aux exigences les plus élevées de l’industrie et en assurer une visibilité soutenue.
  • Établir et maintenir des partenariats externes afin de faire évoluer l'offre de service du secteur et de répondre aux besoins des différents partenaires internes.
  • Cibler les opportunités d’affaires, mettre sur pied des offres de service porteuses et innovantes pour le secteur, Gestion de patrimoine et la Banque.
  • Assurer le recrutement des meilleurs talents et en assurer la mobilisation et la rétention.
  • Gérer une équipe spécialisée (avocats, notaires, fiscalistes) composée de cadres seniors.

Ton équipe :

Relevant de la Présidente et cheffe de la direction de Banque Nationale Trust, tu agiras à titre de partenaire stratégique en matière de services fiduciaires et de philanthropie. Tu seras la ou le leader de tous les aspects entourant ces offres pancanadiennes et pour tous les réseaux de distribution de la Banque Nationale. L’offre de service de Banque Nationale Trust est un complément incontournable à la proposition de Gestion de patrimoine de la Banque.

Prérequis :

  • Détenir une Maîtrise ou un Diplôme d’Études supérieures en gestion, droit, fiscalité ou notariat
  • Minimum de 7 à 10 années d’expériences pertinentes et connexes au secteur d’activités (gestion de patrimoine, fiducies, successions, fiscalité, philanthropie)
  • Connaissances en placements
  • Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles, habilité d’influence et très bonne qualité de communicateur
  • Pouvoir se déplacer régulièrement, au Canada
Raison d’exiger cette langue: pour représenter la Banque à des forums/conférences/événements à l’extérieur du Québec.
