The Position

Reporting to the Director of Finance & Operations, this Customer Service role is a full-time on-site position. This role is critical to maintaining and continuing to improve on our exemplary customer service. The right candidate will be the first contact for our valued Customers and initially present a pleasant and welcoming tone with the ability to assist. We pride ourselves in continuing to have a direct and live contact to help when the need arises. This role will have many elements of performing receptionist activities, but is enhanced with repair/parts invoicing, supply replenishments and other activities to ensure different stakeholders can function.

Responsibilities

Receiving call/walk ins : Aiding and communicating professionally with a variety of Customers

 

Problem-Solving: Ability to understand varying requests and whom is the proper contact to assist

 

Managing Customer Service Inbox : Ensure timely and professional responses

 

Invoicing : Invoice Repair & Parts to the appropriate Customer

 

General Administration : Manage supply stocks (re-order), receive/sort mail, and other similar activities

 

Experience 

  • Customer Service or Similar
