Job Title: Business System analystLocation: Brampton, ONInterview: Video InterviewDescription:Responsibilities:Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:Support Integrations between Oracle HCM and other applications like Timekeeper, employee benefits providers, Pension, Total rewards, Discounts, company active directory etc.Work collaboratively with our different downstream owners and support groups at various capacities in analyzing and resolving HCM HR incidents (SSO, EFT, system outages, security) following IT processes (Change/Incident Management, Cyber Security, Management Approvals, etc)Support HCM configuration management, security, quality control in designs/implementationsSupport/Configure, build and personalized Oracle HCM views, workflows, BI Reports, HCM extracts, Fast FormulasSupport our developers in HCM HR functional knowledge, analysis and testing capacity in troubleshooting issues or any enhancementsCreate, update and monitor batch processing on our SaaS applicationsFacilitate meetings and JAD sessions with various IT groups, HR functional and business partners to understand requirements and processes and translate them into technical requirementsConduct and support ITQA/functional teams in test planning and functional/system testingFacilitate the review and prototyping sessions on SaaS product upgradesIdentify project scope, estimate efforts and duration to complete tasks. Design and assist with IT process improvements to ensure quality and quantity of work being deliveredManaging technical aspects of application software (GUI, SSO, user interfaces, and third-party components, server bounce, restart)Work closely on a timely basis with functional teams in supporting BAU activities from onboarding, generating system ids to payroll, benefits, etc.Creating RFC for incidents and maintenance requests properly aligning with our release calendars and embargo periodsCommunicating to our stakeholders on incidents, scheduled outages, and releases. Creating internal and external service requests and following up until resolutionRequired Experience & Skills:5+ years of technical/functional experience working with various Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Absence, Self-Service, and Absence Management.Proficient in Oracle Cloud HCM application architecture.Expertise in HCM Data Loader, Spreadsheet Loader.Expertise in OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extract.Expertise in Oracle Cloud Fast Formulas, particularly in HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Exceptional attention to detail, capable of producing accurate and precise work under minimal supervision and tight deadlines.Good functional knowledge in other HR modules, such as the Timekeeper system, Talent module, and Finance system for GL integration.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Effective time management skills.Good to have skillsCertification in Oracle HCM Cloud.Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP integration.Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, HRMS API’s, EBS Fast FormulasExperience with software development support tools (e.g. JIRA, HP ALM etc)Knowledge of SOA or Oracle Integration Cloud would be an assetTechnical knowledge of Kronos/time keeper system would be an assetKnowledge of SuccessFactors (eBiz/LMS) would be an assetKnowledge in WIM would be an assetFamiliarity with Agile methodology.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master Degree4+ years of experience with Oracle HCM applicationsExcellent written and oral communication as well as project management skills.
