  7. Being familiar with Fisheries Act, Endangered Species Act, Navigation Protection Act, Environmental Protection Act, and other relevant legislation.
  8. Researching, conceptualizing, planning, and writing drafts of reports related to planning, design, and permitting.
  9. Project management including initiation, planning, execution, and closing.
  10. Supporting business development efforts, including proposal writing.
  11. Participating and contributing to AECOM’s Technical Practice Groups.
Minimum Requirements

Experience with the Impact Assessment Act, Environmental Assessment, and other legislation related to the position (e.g., Fisheries Act, Endangered Species Act, Navigation Protection Act, Environmental Protection Act and their regulations).

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent communication skills with proven success in engaging design managers, discipline leads, and contractors and negotiating with regulatory agencies to secure project approvals.
