Reporting to the Senior Manager of People Analytics within the People & Culture (P&C) team, the Workday Reporting Specialist will join the team on an exciting journey to unlock Workday’s reporting & analytical capabilities across the organization. You will partner with leaders across HR and the business to democratize the use of data & enable a data-driven culture through thought leadership and consultation. You will collaborate closely with the process team and business process owners to understand various HR Programs, their requirements and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.

Serve as a data translator between the business and the People Analytics team.
Work collaboratively with other team members and stakeholders throughout the organization to define their business requirements for reports, then build, test and deploy.
Partner with the process team and business process owners to understand the various HR programs, configuration rationale in Workday & collective agreements.
Support the creation/transition of reports and dashboard from legacy systems/tools into Workday.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
In-depth understand of CBC/Radio-Canada’s HR policies
Bilingual: French and English is an asset.
