Who You Are  

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Services Manager to join our team. The Client Services Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, managing a team of client service representatives, and ensuring smooth operations within our broker management systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Insurtech industry and be fluent in both French and English.

What You’ll Do  

  • Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively. 
  • Manage and develop a team of client service representatives, including hiring, training, and performance management. 
  • Utilize expertise in broker management systems to understand client issues and escalate tickets to the appropriate departments for resolution. 
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure team performance meets or exceeds expectations. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve processes and systems for optimal client satisfaction. 
  • Act as a subject matter expert on our software products, providing guidance and support to clients and internal teams as needed. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and excellence in client services. 

What You’ll Need  

  • Proven experience in client services or similar in the software insurance industry preferred. 
  • Strong understanding of broker management systems and their functionalities preferred. 
  • Knowledge of industry client services benchmarks. 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional service. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to drive performance. 
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client issues and improving processes. 
  • Bilingual in French and English preferred.
