  • Mitarbeit im jährlichen Forecast- und Budgetprozess
  • Selbstständige Durchführung von Stellenbewertungen undErarbeitung von Comp&Ben-Vorschlägen
  • Datenpflege des CIS Datenrooms
  • Analyse und Aufbereitung von unterschiedlichen Datensätzen mit zum Teil Währungsdifferenzen
  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in ähnlicher Position mit fundierten Kenntnissen im HR Controlling Bereich
  • Erfahrung in Automatisierungsprozessen und Projekt Management im HR-Controlling Bereich
  • Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht wünschenswert
  • IT-Affinität und tiefgreifende Kenntnisse in Excel
  • Erfahrung im internationalen HR-Controlling
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Arbeit in einem internationalem Umfeld
  • Möglichkeit, Prozesse zu automatisieren und Systeme zu implementieren
  • Chancen zur fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit einem motivierten und engagierten Team
