If you share our values and are passionate about working in a dynamic and exciting company culture, we encourage you to apply and become a part of our team.Position: Marketing Specialist (Contract)Reporting to: Marketing ManagerSummary/ObjectiveThe Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the execution of marketing campaigns across various digital and traditional marketing channels in North America. This role will also require an analytical mind to conduct campaign analysis and research market trends across the tire and auto category, as well as other relevant industries, to inform and support targeting and segmentation strategies. The Marketing Specialist will also play a leading role in developing marketing assets such as catalogues and presentations to support the sales teams and our customers. Essential Functions Play a leading role in the development of brand catalogues and product featured assets that reflect each individual brand identity. Support the sales team in developing materials, presentations and other marketing communications for launches, campaigns and other product and service marketing efforts as well as sales meetings, tradeshows, and eventsSupport the VP of Sales & Marketing and Marketing Manager across various campaigns in North America to build brand awareness and drive sales via various digital and traditional marketing channelsWork with agency partners to plan and execute B2B campaigns / programs across various digital marketing channelsManage the inventory of marketing materials, ensuring adequate supply and distribution as needed.Support the sales team by sourcing POP and POS materialsTravelNational may be required. Attend sales meeting, trade shows and customer appreciation events as needed.Preferred Skills & qualificationsA Bachelor’s degree or post-graduate degree in Business or Marketing 1-2+ years of business experience within an automotive or packaged goods/consumer products environmentComfortable across the Microsoft Office Suite – Experience with Excel and Powerpoint, Adobe Creative cloud is requiredA proven team player who seeks to collaborate with others to build ideas and see them through Enthusiastic self-starter and able to work with various team members complex and at times ambiguous business issuesHighly motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Results-oriented with a focus on achieving marketing objectives and KPIs.Effective time management and organizational skills.Experience within the tire industry, familiarity with market/consumer trends.Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and clients simultaneously.Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.Resides within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA, Ontario)If you have a passion for creating innovative marketing strategies, driving growth, and building strong brands, we encourage you to apply.
