Walmart Canada has partnered with OSL to operate the Electronics and Photo Labs in select locations across Canada, and we are growing fastAs an Electronics Sales Supervisor, you will be our go-to point-person at store level. You will oversee the sales and merchandising of electronic devices such as TV’s, computers & laptops, tablets, printers, cameras, drones, video games and more We’re looking for a passionate leader to help deliver exceptional sales and service to our customers. You will be accountable for developing and retaining a high-performing sales team while ensuring operational procedures are carried out across the store.You’ll oversee and maximize store profitability by managing all financial operations, like inventory control, cash flow and reporting.Ready to achieve and exceed set targets and OSL Key Performance IndicatorsResponsible to deliver team member training, coaching and performance management to ensure employees understand what is expected of them to working towards meeting established targetsManage weekly work schedules for the team while also addressing any payroll, absenteeism, and vacation requestsEnsure store is always staffed appropriatelyEnsure team members are up to date on all operational guidelines and product knowledgeFollow proper procedures for on-boarding and off-boarding all employees as outlined by OSL Operations and Human ResourcesLead by example and create an open-door environment that encourages teamworkActs with professionalism and integrityCustomer service- oriented, detail-oriented, and problem solver, having a sense of urgency to deal with store needsFlexibility to work various schedules including days, evenings and weekendsVarious other duties as requiredCandidate Requirements:Experience with electronics is considered an assetProven ability to drive sales and service while also achieving operational standards and success through field teamsProven ability to manage budgets, forecast sales, merchandising, and retail metricsProven ability/ application of the fundamentals of coaching & performance managementPhysical Job Requirements:Ability to lift 30-50 pounds.Ability to stand/walk for extensive periods of time.Sounds like a good fit?
