The Toronto office of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP (BLG) , Canada’s leading, innovative and client-focused law firm, is seeking:

Associate – Financial Services

We are looking for

· A 3-6 year Associate with specific experience in the area of banking and financial services.

· The ideal candidate will bring experience working with lenders and borrowers in financing transactions, including domestic, cross-border and international financing as well as re-financing and bond financings.

· Demonstrated experience representing clients in insolvency proceedings will be considered an asset.

· The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong analytical, personal, oral and written communication skills.
