Lorsqu’il sera possible de le faire en toute sécurité, la personne ayant obtenu ce poste pourrait être appelée à travailler dans un bureau.
Lorsqu’une personne subit une lésion professionnelle ou contracte une maladie au travail, nous réagissons rapidement pour lui fournir des prestations pour perte de salaire, une protection médicale et du soutien en vue de son retour au travail. La WSIB recrute pour des postes unilingues et bilingues actuels et futurs aux endroits suivants : Guelph, Hamilton, Kingston, Kitchener, London, North Bay, Ottawa, Windsor, Sault Ste. Responsable de la gestion globale des dossiers par l’élaboration, la mise en uvre et le suivi de plans de gestion des cas complets et intégrés pour toutes les activités liées aux cas. Les gestionnaires de cas adhèrent à un cadre de gestion des dossiers structuré afin d’obtenir des résultats de haute qualité et de bien planifier et mettre en uvre les services.
Élaborer, mettre en uvre et surveiller des plans de gestion de cas complets et intégrés pour toutes les activités nécessaires au rétablissement, à l’intégration dans la collectivité et, si possible, au retour au travail en faisant ce qui suit :
• participer aux conférences de cas avec l’équipe de prestation des services et la direction; clôturer les activités du plan lorsque la gestion active des cas n’est plus nécessaire; suivre et évaluer les dossiers fermés pour s’assurer que le plan de gestion des cas continue d’être efficace.
promouvoir la prévention, la gestion des invalidités, le retour au travail et les programmes connexes auprès des parties du lieu de travail; tenir les clients et les employeurs informés de l’état et de l’avancement du dossier, s’assurer qu’ils sont pleinement engagés dans l’élimination des obstacles et la planification du retour au travail.
transmettre les demandes concernant l’admissibilité aux prestations de soins médicaux à l’infirmière consultante ou l’infirmier consultant, et assurer la liaison si nécessaire;
• transmettre à l’ergothérapeute les demandes d’équipement, d’allocation pour soins personnels, de modifications du domicile/véhicule et de loisirs, et assurer la liaison si nécessaire;
• Sous la direction du gestionnaire, Qualité des programmes, lors d’une affectation temporaire, utiliser la connaissance du cadre de gestion des cas et la compréhension de l’application des politiques de la WSIB et de la Loi sur la sécurité professionnelle et l’assurance contre les accidents du travail pour effectuer des examens de la qualité des dossiers et des appels téléphoniques.
Diplôme universitaire de premier cycle.
Trois ans d’expérience en matière d’indemnisation ou de gestion des cas et de service à la clientèle.
