At Red Swan Pizza, you will help us carry out our mission to satisfy customer cravings by creating and serving a wide variety of deliciously different pizzas with quick service, quality ingredients, reasonable prices, and unbeatable value.

The person in this position will negotiate and deal for sourcing food inventory with producers (or vendors) and bring competitive pricing for Red Swan Pizza. Negotiate the food procurement deal with different vendors.
Contract review and formulation with distribution partners
Search new vendors for the procurement.
Develop Procurement strategies for reducing the food cost.
Collaborates with suppliers to solve quality and/or service problems; expedites deliveries as necessary.
Knowledge in food industry and buying food from the producers/farmers, markets, or processing firms.
Supply Chain Management - knowledge of principles and methods for moving goods.
This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Knowledge of food raw materials, manufacturers, producers etc.
May refer to established precedents and policies.``

Education in supply chain management or equivalent.
Worked experience of 3-5 years at food service distributor companies or related field.
