Your Role as a Sales Manager:
Lead the charge in achieving personal and store-wide sales goals, while maximizing sales opportunities.
Take responsibility for the upkeep and maintenance of the store, ensuring a welcoming and up-to-date environment.
Foster strong communication lines with the head office for all administrative needs and updates.
Deliver unparalleled customer service to amplify store sales, creating enduring bonds with our clientele.
Tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of each customer, guiding them to the perfect watch or accessory, thus exceeding sales targets.

A minimum of 1 year of sales experience in a retail setting, showcasing your ability to drive sales and surpass customer expectations.

Votre rôle en tant que gérant des ventes au détail :
Diriger la charge pour atteindre les objectifs de vente personnels et à l’échelle du magasin, tout en maximisant les opportunités de vente.
Assumer la responsabilité de l'entretien et de la maintenance du magasin, en assurant un environnement accueillant et moderne.
Former, guider et gérer une équipe d’employés dévoués, en optimisant la planification pour plus d’efficacité.
Favoriser des lignes de communication solides avec le siège social pour tous les besoins administratifs et mises à jour.
Offrir un service client inégalé pour amplifier les ventes en magasin, créant ainsi des liens durables avec notre clientèle.
Adaptez votre approche pour répondre aux besoins uniques de chaque client, en le guidant vers la montre ou l'accessoire parfait, dépassant ainsi les objectifs de vente.
Superviser les opérations du magasin, y compris la gestion des stocks, le marchandisage visuel et les tâches administratives, en garantissant une atmosphère de magasin fluide.
Un minimum de 1 an d'expérience en vente dans un magasin de vente au détail, démontrant votre capacité à générer des ventes et à dépasser les attentes des clients.
Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, pour répondre à notre clientèle variée avec un service exceptionnel.
