The Coordinator, Specialist Services Committee (SSC) Spreading Quality Improvement (SQI), is responsible for ensuring and supporting effective and timely coordination and functioning of the administrative processes and projects of the Spreading Quality Improvement initiative. This position is actively involved in the planning, development, and evaluation of the overall initiative and has responsibilities related to project coordination, budgets and funding, liaising with various internal and external partners, contract management and policy.

Starting salary will be approximately from $55,677 to $69,596 and will be based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions.

Qualfications
• Diploma in Business or Health Administration plus two (2) to three (3) years recent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Education and training in quality improvement, Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent training in the use of quality improvement methods and tools considered an asset.

Skills and Abilities:
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a variety of audiences and stakeholders.
• Ability to build and foster collaborative working relationships and partnerships with organizations and groups.
• Ability to self-lead work and proactively identify future priorities and goals.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple projects.
• Ability to organize workload and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent ability to initiate, organize and complete multiple tasks with accuracy and within specified timelines.
• Ability to organize and coordinate meetings and events.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and the use of database applications.
• Ability and willingness to travel.
