As the mastermind behind our guest experience, you'll oversee a team of 25 dedicated individuals, guiding them from recruitment and training to daily operations and beyond. Your passion for hospitality and your keen eye for detail will ensure that every guest leaves with a smile and a story to tell.
Lead and inspire a team of front of house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, to deliver top-notch service that exceeds guest expectations.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance and professionalism.
Monitor and optimize daily operations to maintain efficiency and uphold quality standards.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy, striving to resolve issues promptly and to the guest's satisfaction.
Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive business growth and enhance the overall guest experience.
Previous experience as an Assistant General Manager or similar role in a high-volume fine dining restaurant is essential.
A proven track record of leadership, team management, and guest satisfaction.
A passion for hospitality and a dedication to delivering memorable dining experiences.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
