Cascades Canada is currently seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Associate Level position with a requirement of 4 years of experience, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information. 2. Collaborate with various departments within the company to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. 5. Assist in the development of customer support processes and procedures. 6. Act as a liaison between customers and the company to ensure a positive customer experience. 7. Contribute to the overall success of the customer support team by sharing insights and best practices.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 2. 4 years of experience in a customer support role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4.
