- Prior experience with data entry and assisting customers
- Remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with mínimal to no distractions
- Ability to be on camera during all video meetings
- Superb attendance
- Open availability to work between the hours of 8 AM to 6 PM MST as well as holidays
- Tech savviness with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs, while simultaneously speaking to customers over the phone

Our newbie training will prepare you for smiling, dialing, and verifying pre-qualified program participants. You will learn all about our Company, the programs we support, and the systems and resources you will use daily to achieve productivity and quality goals.

**CLEAResult will provide all the necessary equipment.**

**You will need to provide.**
- Internet service with a direct connection to a cable or fiber modem and capable of at least 25mbps plan minimum. Wireless connections, satellite or DSL are not acceptable.
- A private workspace with limited distractions and mínimal background noise.

**Compensation Range**:
$16 - $18 / hour

Any offered rate is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
