Serve as the functional subject matter expert for Kinaxis modules, including Demand, Supply, Inventory, and Control Tower, ensuring enterprise-wide optimization.
Standardize planning processes, templates, and configurations in alignment with Center of Excellence (CoE) governance.
Design and configure planning workbooks, measures, alerts, dashboards, and scenarios in Maestro to streamline business processes.
Provide expert guidance on supply chain planning best practices, leveraging advanced Kinaxis Maestro capabilities.
Partner with planning teams to optimize demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and exception handling.
Analyze supply chain data to identify performance gaps, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is considered an asset.
Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in Kinaxis Maestro configuration and functional design.
Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and their integration with Kinaxis.
At least 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, including demand, supply, S&OP, or inventory management.
Proficiency in data analysis using Excel, SQL, or BI tools; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
Experience with advanced analytics tools or methodologies to enhance supply chain planning.
Familiarity with agile methodologies for project management and system enhancements.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and train planners and super users on Kinaxis functionality.
Expertise in driving measurable improvements in forecast accuracy, plan adherence, and inventory optimization.
A continuous improvement mindset with a strong focus on global consistency.
