Should know tools that aid in compressing, organizing, merging, splitting of PDFs

Should know keyboard shortcuts

Good customer service skills – should know how to take up and handle calls/deal with situation

Be confident with the clients when responding to calls/emails

Be an initiative taker

Have analytical skills - be curious and know how to troubleshoot and find the source of information and/or the solution, should know how/where to find the immigration regulation, public policies and ministerial instructions, research case law using database

Attention to detail

Excellent written/oral English communication, able to write high quality submission letters and responses to PFLs

Have common sense

Passionate about the role

Compassionate to the customers

Have the drive to perform repetitive tasks

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:

A member in good standing with CICC

Have a bachelor's degree

Salary can be negotiated based on experience
