Position Overview
Intrahealth is seeking a Product Lead to help us solve client business challenges and generate elated end-users of our product. In this role you will drive the vision of next generation healthcare software solutions by collaboratively defining the overall product roadmap for the Profile product. You will partner with software engineering and service delivery teams to deliver high quality, scalable, extensible, secure solutions that meet the needs of our growing business as we look to accelerate the adoption of our products. You should be conversant in product management best practices and standard methodologies.
Our ideal candidate is proactive, a quick learner, an excellent communicator, and can identify solutions in a complex business environment in a customer friendly and timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Champion an insights-to-action approach focused on understanding what our customers value most and building solutions that achieve our business goals.
- Relentlessly engage customers and gather insights about the product.
- Develop product strategies and short-and-long term roadmaps.
- Plan, organize, and prioritize features.
- Bring a strong focus on the user experience when creating business requirements, technical design documentation and workflow processes.
- Manage feature proposals.
- Remain current on technological trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
- Work with software development to determine, provide, and track key metrics for the product.
- Provide input to Project Managers on project planning and estimating efforts for each assigned project.
Requirements
- BSc/BA or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of product management / product owner experience.
- Demonstrated experience using industry standard tools to develop and maintain product roadmaps and specifications.
- Ability to solve complex and ambiguous problems using experience, creativity, and sound judgment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills, results-oriented, customer-oriented attitude, good strategic and conceptual thinking skills.
- Nice to haves: Experience with Electronic Medical Record software.
