Dans le cadre de tes fonctions, tu dirigeras l'equipe principale (core team) d'un projet et inspireras les collègues et partie prenantes tout en fournissant la ligne directrice pendant les phases de prototypage et de production tout en favorisant l'innovation et la qualite.
De plus, tu seras conjointement responsable (avec le producteur executif) de representer le jeu auprès des hauts dirigeants de WB et d'evangeliser le jeu tant à l'interne qu'à l'externe.
Supervision du projet :
Diriger le jeu en termes de vision du projet, en collaboration avec les autres membres de l'equipe principale.
Assumer l'entière responsabilite de la qualite du contenu.
Établir la vision globale du jeu en collaboration avec le producteur et les principales parties prenantes de WBIE
À la demande de la production, aider les partenaires de developpement dans la conception " pratique " de fonctionnalites specifiques du jeu.
Coordonner les equipes de contenu (internes et externes) pour assurer que la qualite du travail produit repond aux attentes et fournir une ligne directrice specifique si necessaire.
Collaborer entre les divisions internes pour garantir que l'equipe met en œuvre la vision de conception optimale equilibree par les apports de la recherche, de la programmation, de l'art et de la production.
Établir, entretenir et ameliorer les relations avec les ressources creatives internes et externes, les fournisseurs tiers et les partenaires de developpement.
Plus de 10 ans d'experience dans l'industrie du jeu video, dont 5 ans dans un rôle de direction d'equipes de jeux AAA et de definition de l'orientation de la conception de jeux.
Doit avoir livre au moins un titre AAA en tant que de jeu ou
La maîtrise de la langue anglaise est un requis pour les relations internationales/US.
Expertise en jeux d'action/aventure AAA de nouvelle generation.
Familiarite avec les outils de conception et les pipelines.
WB Games Montreal, a division of Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment (WBIE), seeks a Creative Director to work with its game development team.
As our Creative Director, you will play an essential role in establishing and executing the vision of a popular franchise in the interactive AAA space.
In this role, you will lead a project's core team and inspire teammates and stakeholders while providing guidance during prototyping and production phase as you push innovation and quality.
Moreover, you will be jointly accountable (with the Executive Producer) for representing the game to top WB executives and evangelizing the game both internally and externally.
Project Oversight:
Leading the game in terms of project vision, in conjunction with other members of the core team.
Take full responsibility for the quality of the content.
Establishing the overall game vision in conjunction with the Producer, and key WBIE stakeholders
When requested by Production, assists development partners in the "hands on" design of specific game features.
Coordinate between content teams (internal and external) to ensure that the quality of the output meets expectations, and provide specific guidance where needed.
Collaborate across internal divisions to ensure the team is implementing the optimal design vision balanced by input from Research, Programming, Art, and Production.
Establish, maintain, and enhance relationships with inside and outside creative resources, third party vendors, and development partners.
10 + years of game industry experience, and 5+ of those years were in a role leading AAA game teams and defining game design direction.
~ Must have shipped at least one AAA title as a Game Director or Creative Director.
~ Mastery of the French language is an asset.
~ Expert in next-generation AAA action/adventure games.
~ Familiarity with design tools and pipelines.
