If you are a visionary leader ready to shape the intersection of creative marketing and Unity game development, we invite you to take on the role of Lead Unity Unity Developer and drive our team to new heights.

As a Lead Unity Developer, you will play a pivotal role in transforming and enhancing gameplay experiences, making our games as attractive as possible for impactful advertising campaigns. This leadership position requires a strong background in Unity development, creativity, and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.

  • Provide strategic leadership in Creative Marketing Unity Game Development, overseeing the holistic vision and execution of Unity-based projects.
    Utilize the Games Unity Project to lead the modification and iteration of gameplay, ensuring seamless alignment with advertising campaigns.

  • Direct the design, development, and maintenance of Unity-based applications and experiences tailored specifically for marketing campaigns.

  • Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams, including designers, artists, and User Acquisition (UA) specialists, to bring creative concepts to life within the Unity environment.

  • Lead the implementation of gamification elements to elevate user engagement, creating memorable brand experiences within Unity applications.

  • Oversee the assurance of performance, quality, and responsiveness of Unity applications, maintaining consistently high standards of excellence.

  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of comprehensive technical documentation for Unity-based projects, ensuring clarity and accessibility.

  • Champion a culture of mentorship and support, providing guidance to team members on Unity-related topics while fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.

  • Drive an environment of innovation by staying abreast of the latest trends and advancements in Unity development, and introducing innovative solutions to enhance marketing efforts.

  • Architect the strategic alignment between marketing objectives and Unity-based solutions, working closely with the marketing team to comprehend campaign objectives and translate them into actionable strategies.

Skills & Requirements

  • Proven experience in Unity development with a strong portfolio showcasing interactive projects.
