The Risk Analyst will play a critical role in enhancing our risk management framework and supporting decision-making processes within the organization.Key Responsibilities:Risk Identification and Assessment: Identify and evaluate potential risks related to nuclear operations, including safety, regulatory, financial, and environmental risks. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to determine the impact and likelihood of identified risks.Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze risk-related data and trends using statistical tools and risk management software. Prepare detailed risk reports and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.Risk Mitigation Strategies: Develop and recommend risk mitigation strategies and action plans. Collaborate with various departments to ensure the effective implementation of risk management measures.ERM Framework Enhancement: Contribute to the development and refinement of the organization’s ERM framework and policies, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.Compliance and Monitoring: Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies.
