Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to determine the impact and likelihood of identified risks.Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze risk-related data and trends using statistical tools and risk management software. Prepare detailed risk reports and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.Risk Mitigation Strategies: Develop and recommend risk mitigation strategies and action plans. Collaborate with various departments to ensure the effective implementation of risk management measures.ERM Framework Enhancement: Contribute to the development and refinement of the organization’s ERM framework and policies, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.Compliance and Monitoring: Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies. Experience with ERM programs and regulatory compliance is highly desirable.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of risk management principles and methodologies.Proficiency in risk assessment tools, statistical analysis, and risk management software.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex risk information to diverse audiences.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively. Knowledge of nuclear safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices in risk management.
