About the Position:KiSoJi is a leading next-generation antibody company dedicated to discovering and developing highly differentiated antibody therapeutics for challenging targets in oncology and other diseases. Our advanced antibody platform leverages single-domain antibodies from proprietary multi-species transgenic mice, AI-enabled antibody fingerprinting technology, and the ability to create robust, easily manufacturable multi-specific antibodies. We are seeking a talented and motivated AI/ML Researcher to join our innovative team. Function: AI groupJob Title: AI/ML ResearcherLocation: Waterloo, ON (Remote/on-site)Responsibilities:Design, develop, and optimize AI models using deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch.Conduct experiments to evaluate model performance and fine-tune algorithms.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and apply relevant techniques to improve model accuracy and efficiency.Document and present research findings and technical reports to stakeholders.Qualifications:Strong technical background in developing and benchmarking AI models using deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch).Experience with generative models such as diffusion or GAN-based protein models.Familiarity with LLM and GNN-based approaches for protein/antibody generation.Knowledge of protein binding and protein docking research.Experience with 3D image analysis processing techniques is a plus.Background experience as a software engineer is a plus.Fresh PhD/Masters graduates are welcome, provided they have the necessary technical expertise from their research.What We OfferBenefits Package Includes- Health / Dental Insurance Plans- Paid Vacation and HolidaysIncentive Programs Include- Training & Development Programs / Courses- Annual Performance Reviews with yearly bonusesKisoJi Biotech is a venture-backed start-up led by successful and experienced senior management with extensive drug discovery and clinical translation expertise.
