Relevant du directeur actuariat corporatif réserves, vous jouerez un rôle important dans les mandats reliés à l’évaluation des réserves actuarielles. Vous serez au cœur de projets stimulants, au sein d’un service névralgique pour le bon fonctionnement et l’exploitation de DGAG. Votre esprit d’équipe vous permettra de vous épanouir en collaborant avec plusieurs équipes au sein de l’organisation, comme les équipes de tarification et de finances. Plus spécifiquement, vous serez amené(e) à :

  • Effectuer des analyses pour connaître les réserves et pertes pour contrats déficitaires requises pour l’ensemble des produits et provinces ainsi que veiller à l’intégrité des données produites

  • Participer au développement et au maintien des modèles et hypothèses d’évaluations pour réserves et pertes pour contrats déficitaires , tout en veillant à ce qu’ils répondent aux exigences juridiques et professionnelles du secteur et surveiller le marché à cet égard

  • S’assurer que les besoins des services actuariels sont pris en compte et comblés

  • É laborer et maintenir divers modèles, analyser leurs résultats et produire les rapports exigés par l’organisation ou par les différents organismes de réglementation

  • Participer à l’amélioration continue associée aux activités de votre équipe.

Ce que vous mettrez à profit 

  • Baccalauréat en actuariat, en mathématiques, en statistiques, ou dans une discipline appropriée

  • Un minimum de six ans d’expérience pertinente

  • Veuillez noter que d’autres combinaisons de formation et d’expérience pertinentes pourraient être considérées

  • Expérience dans le domaine de l’assurance de dommages

  • Expérience en vulgarisation de concepts complexes en matière d’actuariat

  • Réussite d’au moins cinqexamens de la Casualty Actuarial Society

  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques de la suite MicrosoftOffice

  • C o nnaissance avancée de SAS et VBA

  • Connaissance du français nécessaire pour les postes au Québec

  • Maîtrise de l’anglais de niveau avancé en raison de la nature des tâches, des outils de travail ou d'interactions avec des partenaires ou membres et clients anglophones.
