Effectuer le recrutement d’ambassadeurs, de présidents d’honneur et de porte-parole pour les événements sous sa responsabilité, en collaboration avec le chargé de projet principal ;
De concert avec l’équipe des communications, établir une stratégie pour les médias sociaux dans le cadre de chacun des événements régionaux ;
Respecter les normes de l'Association et des aspects légaux lors des activités
Appuyer les collaborateurs dans l’organisation de leurs événements ;
Maximiser les projets présentés afin de les rendre le plus profitables possible ;
Effectuer des rencontres de suivi et des propositions auprès des organisateurs d’événements pour emmener les projets plus loin ;
Formation : BAC en administration des affaires, communication, vente ou discipline appropriée ;
~3 à 4 ans d’expérience en organisation d'événements d'envergure ;
~ Études en gestion philanthropique (un atout) ;
~ Grande autonomie dans la gestion d'événements de A à Z ;
~ Expérience en gestion de bénévoles (un atout) ;
~ Excellent français et anglais fonctionnel (à l’oral et à l’écrit) ;
~ Maîtrise des logiciels Word, Excel, Outlook
~ Connaissance d'un outil de gestion des relations client: Salesforce (un atout) ;
~ Essentiel : posséder une voiture pour effectuer des déplacements occasionnels dans la région ;
~ Gestion des priorités et sens de l’organisation ;
~ Disponible pour des activités de soir et de fin de semaine.
