We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Hospital Client Services Representative (CSR), who is detail oriented and demonstrates poise in a busy practice. What does a Client Service Representative do? Answer phone calls.
Process billing and payments.
o Service data and other pertinent information within practice management software.
Escalates complex matters to senior staff.
Additional administrative & housekeeping duties. Customer Service: 2+ years (required).
Administrative Experience: 2+ years (preferred).
Adaptive or experienced with Cornerstone, PetDesk and Vetstoria software.
Education or experience in related fields is considered an asset.
