Job Summary Client is looking for Azure cloud engineer who has migration experience from Onprem to Azure

Deploy, migrate, and integrate customer systems with Azure
Perform ongoing performance tuning, upgrades, and resource optimization as directed/requested
Provide remote support for Syntax Azure Managed Services clients via all channels (Help Desk, phone, email), adhering to SLA guidelines and providing thorough and timely communication
Interact with Technical and Application Consultants and customer staff to support, scale, and maintain customer cloud-hosted infrastructure, according to best practices and customer requirements
Assist with root cause and failure analysis to resolve systems problems

A solid mix of 5+ years of Windows/Linux system administration, storage, and network experience, along with creativity and superb communication abilities, to provide consultative support to clients.
~ Able to prioritize various client deadlines, work on multiple tasks throughout the work week, and coordinate with other team members to serve customers effectively.
~ English language fluency
Knowledge of servers, networks, storage, client-server systems, and firewalls
Advanced working knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems – system architecture and design, as well as experience with supporting and troubleshooting stability and performance issues
Solid understanding of and deep experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., Knowledgeable in core network services including DHCP, DNS, IP routing, VLANs, layer 2/3 routing, and load balancing
Experience with storage configuration and management
Experience reading, writing, or modifying PowerShell and Bash scripts
Experience reading, writing, or modifying Terraform Json files
Experience reading, writing, or modifying Python code
Information & system security including cloud access controls and monitoring
Working knowledge of software-defined lifecycles, product packaging, and deployments
SQL or Oracle database administration (Backup, Restore, Tuning, Monitoring, Management)
ITIL/PCI/SOX/SOC I/SOC II compliance experience/training
Oracle JD Edwards, EBS, or SAP experience
Azure Fundamentals, Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Developer Associate
