We specialize in supplying solutions for research and industry, catering to various sectors such as Automotive, Medical and Electronics manufacturing, as well as research for Biomechanics, Aerospace & Power Generation. Our extensive range of products includes Displacement Sensors, Pressure Sensors, Signal Conditioning, Data Acquisition Hardware and Software, AI Smart Cameras, Press Machines, General Purpose Robotics, Specialty/Custom Machines and Integrated Quality control solutions. We also offer services like sensor integration, cable harness design, signal interfaces, customized instrumentation, and participate in development studies of measurement techniques and prototype systems testing.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as an Outside Technical Sales Representative (referred to as Applications Specialist) at our Scarborough, ON location. As an Outside Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their needs, providing technical solutions, and closing sales. You will be visiting customer sites around Ontario, conducting product demonstrations, delivering presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing training and support to customers. Eventually, should you be deemed capable,QualificationsMust have College Diploma or University Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Computer EngineeringTechnical Sales, Sales, and Customer Service skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to understand and explain technical conceptsStrong problem-solving and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated and goal-orientedAbility to work independently and collaborativelyExperience in the measurement and quality control industry is a plusKnowledge of mechanical engineering principles is beneficial
